Common questions
How do I add a lab report or letter?
Tap + in the message bar and choose a document or photo. You can also share a PDF or photo straight to Corpus from Mail, Files or Safari: tap Share, then Corpus. Corpus reads it and files what it finds.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Settings in Corpus and choose Connect Apple Health, then pick the categories to share. To change them later, open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps, then Corpus.
My sleep or step numbers don't match my ring or watch
Open the chart and look at "Night by night": it shows which device each night came from and its bed and wake times. Corpus counts each night from one device and counts overlapping records once; steps match the daily totals in the Health app. If a number still looks wrong, email us with a screenshot.
What is the morning brief?
The first time you open Corpus each day, it summarises last night's sleep, yesterday's steps and anything outside your usual. "Your usual" is the middle 80% of your own last year. With AI on, Corpus writes the summary, using the last two weeks of briefs for context.
How do I turn AI on or off?
Settings, then Privacy, AI & account, then Turn on cloud AI or Turn off cloud AI. With AI off, Corpus still stores your records and shows your Apple Health charts, but it won't read new documents or answer questions.
How do I keep records for a child or parent?
Open the menu, then Add a person. Each person has their own private space on your iPhone.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual records, conversations or people in the app. To remove your AI account, go to Settings, then Privacy, AI & account, then Delete AI account and local workspace. Deleting the app deletes everything stored on your iPhone. See the privacy policy for details.
Why does the App Store still say Whoosh?
Corpus was called Whoosh. The App Store listing changes with the next release.
